Join C-CPR on September 29 at 3pm Eastern for vital knowledge and feedback to help police services improve their relationships with Indigenous nations, communities, and peoples.

Listen & learn from three key Indigenous leaders from across Canada! They are: Taylor Sayers, Gina Nagano, and Xwopokton (Harley Chappell).

Learn how they are:

-working to enhance relationships with the police through innovative training, Indigenous-led community safety programs.

-building stronger connections with police boards based on respect and understanding.

The webinar moderator is Jason Fenno, PhD of the Chanie Wenjack School for Indigenous Studies, Trent University, Nogojiwanong.

Dr. Jason Fenno is a non-Indigenous ally scholar born and raised in the interior of Alaska near Fairbanks, on the traditional territory of the Lower Tanana Athabascan peoples.

The event is especially significant as it takes place on the eve of the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation on September 30, so take advantage of this opportunity to learn about innovative initiatives and programs from three highly respected Indigenous leaders.  Then form a Reconciliation ACTION plan!

Attendance is free to members, volunteers or donors to the Coalition for Canadian Police Reform. You can also purchase a ticket at the time of checkout.

See you there on the Eve of the Day of Truth and Reconciliation!
