​Megan has spent the last 9 years in tech startups and scale-ups, most of which were SaaS technology tools and services founded in Edmonton. Overall, she has spent 17 years in various selling and consulting roles. She primarily has been focused on sales and sales leadership, but has dabbled in some growth marketing tactics and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)/selling (ABS).

​Aside from that, she has also spent some time consulting for different businesses, including local startups, and fundamentally believes that culture is a major driver of company growth and success, especially for scaling companies. She has spent time training at different levels in organizations from individual contributors like BDRs, AEs, AMs, Business operations managers, marketing coordinators, sales managers, event planners and even some C-suites.
