Local folksingers Scott Cook and Pamela Mae are releasing Scott's eighth album Troubadourly Yours before they leave home to tour Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Scott's last album Tangle of Souls spent two weeks at #1 on CKUA and earned Scott his third Canadian Folk Music Award nomination, for English Songwriter of the Year. Like that album, Troubadourly Yours comes with an extensive hardcover book of liner notes that is both memoir and manifesto. Scott and Pamela will be joined by longtime collaborators Elliot Thomas, Miles Zurawell and more musical friends. Fresh from the open road, these are sturdy, straight-talking songs that see the good in you.
