Together, we can make a difference in mental health awareness! Our mission is to bring people from all walks of life together to raise awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. Everyone deserves support, compassion, and understanding—mental health matters to all of us.
Join us for the 11th Annual Breaking the Silence Walk & Run, where we take steps—literally and figuratively—towards fostering inclusivity and understanding about mental health in our communities.
Net proceeds from this event will be donated to the Edmonton Public Schools Foundation and their Mental Health Therapist.
Together, let's silence the stigma and promote mental health awareness!
