Local music in support of CPAWS Northern Alberta's fight against Coal in Alberta's Eastern Slopes.

CPAWS Northern Alberta is excited to host a fundraising concert in Amiskwacîwâskahikan (also known as Edmonton) to raise funds for its fight against coal in the Eastern Slopes. 🎸

The event is led by CPAWS members and will be hosted at the Hazeldean Community Hall ( 9630 66 Ave NW) from 7PM to midnight on Friday, June 13.

💚This is a celebration and chance to gather, featuring local singer-songwriters and folk musicians Carla Jayne, Franceso Rizzuto and Sam Steffen. Shortly after 10PM local DJ Denise Acorda (co -founder of @c.l.u.b.c.l.u.b) will kick off the late-night festivities with house beats. It is bound to be a fun evening of socializing, great music, and dancing!

A 50/50 raffle will be held for Alberta residents aged 18+

Food and beverage will be available for purchase.

Ticket proceeds cover the cost of putting on the event. Please consider donating to the CPAWS Northern Alberta chapter to support our work.

Reach out to infonab@cpaws.org for any inquiries.
