Die Walküre
June 5, 2025 to June 13, 2025
Join us as we continue the epic journey of Wagner’s Ring Cycle with the second chapter, Die Walküre.
This new production continues the story that was introduced in Das Rheingold. The same design team returns challenging to redefine opera through the Jonathan Dove and Graham Vick arrangements.
This collaboration with the Citadel strengthens the creative partnerships in the city as we present this production at their MacLab Theatre.
Whether you’re a longtime afficionado or a newcomer to Wagner’s masterpiece, this production will leave you eagerly anticipating the next chapter of this iconic tale. Directed by Peter Hinton-Davis and making his Edmonton Opera conducting debut, Russell Braun.
Please note: Youth for Free tickets are limited to 2 per household.
