This interactive workshop led by Svetlana Sapelnikova is a Part 2 of “B2B Sales Management for Sci/Tech-Based SMEs” workshop.

It aims to expand on briefly covered topics, such as effective culture-specific sales communications, customer relationship management tools, and sales forecasting. In addition, achieving the best possible outcome in international business discussions by mastering negotiation strategies and tactics will be discussed.

Practical tips and Q&A session will be focused on real-life situations and issues.

Workshop Outcomes:

  • Gain practical skills in intercultural communication to navigate international business settings and build stronger relationships with global partners.
  • Apply effective communication strategies to improve overall sales performance.
  • Learn to develop and implement effective customer relationship management (CRM) tools and the techniques for sales forecasting.
