Discover ways to help manage menopause symptoms through lifestyle changes and non-prescription and prescription therapy options. This class includes a detailed discussion on hormone therapy.
Our Team Includes:
- your family doctor
- Registered Nurse (RN), who is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner
Tools and skills for managing menopause, as well as discussion about the various therapies to help you manage menopause symptoms.
How it works:Join us for a two-hour session to better understand menopause and your options for managing it.
Who is this course for?If you:
- are going through menopausal changes and would like some support and ideas on how to manage menopause.
