  • Registered Nurse (RN), who is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner
We’ll work on:

Tools and skills for managing menopause, as well as discussion about the various therapies to help you manage menopause symptoms.

How it works:

Join us for a two-hour session to better understand menopause and your options for managing it.

  • are going through menopausal changes and would like some support and ideas on how to manage menopause.
