Presented by The Brain Care Centre, Brain Health and Mental Health: Using Science to Guide Mental Wellness features Dr. Marty Mrazik, a clinical neuropsychologist and professor at the University of Alberta. This insightful session delves into the science behind mental wellness and explores evidence-based practices that foster optimal brain health and resilience against daily challenges.

Dr. Mrazik will provide practical tools and strategies grounded in cutting-edge neuroscience to enhance your mental well-being. Whether you're looking to improve your own mental wellness or support others, this session is a valuable opportunity to learn from one of Canada's leading experts in the field.
