In this webinar, we will discuss the ways that we commonly talk about mental health and addiction issues and how this can impact a person's recovery.

We will explore the importance of recovery-focused language, the detrimental effects of stigma, and practical strategies for fostering support and inclusion. Through engaging discussions and examples, we will offer ways to shift from deficit-based to strength-based language, consider the role of harm reduction in recovery, and discover everyday actions that reduce stigma and make a positive difference in the journey toward wellness.
