Compassion in Command: Celebrating Authentic Leadership by Women

Let's flip the script on stereotypes

We've all heard those tired, old stereotypes: female leaders are too emotional, too soft, too bossy, or somehow "not enough." Let's set the record straight: Women bring unique, invaluable strengths to leadership — collaboration, emotional intelligence, resilience, empathy, and an instinct for turning challenges into opportunities.

It's time to recognize and embrace woman's leadership for its strengths. Join Women United for an inspiring evening that celebrates authentic leadership by women and empowers women to lead with compassion, courage, and a commitment to community.

Here's what's in store:

  • Powerhouse Panel: Hear from a powerhouse panel of speakers who have rejected the patriarchal expectation of leadership. These fierce changemakers are redefining what success looks like, focusing on lifting others up over competing, and carving a path for the next generation of woman leaders.
  • Leadership for Community Change: Discover how leadership by women and community transformation go hand in hand. From advocating for mental health to advancing education and financial literacy, our speakers reveal how leadership rooted in compassion and purpose drives lasting change in community.
  • Lead from Where You Are: Find out how you can lead boldly from where you are and take action to uplift those around you. Walk away knowing that your unique voice and strengths create ripples of change — at work, in your community, and beyond.
  • Make Connections: Meet and mingle with an incredible network of Women United supporters — women as passionate as you are about making an impact in the lives of local women and girls. Share ideas, spark collaborations, and be part of a powerful community dedicated to change.

To ensure Women United donations have the greatest impact on women and girls in our community, tickets are priced at $50 each to recover event costs. Ticket price includes a light meal.
