Sharpen your shovels, perk up your pruners, or bring anything that could use a little cleaning up before we head into the growing season.

Part Social, Part Work Bee

Shrubscriber is hosting a spring tool maintenance day, where we will have supplies and expertise to share when it comes to maintaining your gardening tools. Bring anything that you think could use a little care. Regular upkeep of your tools will extend their lifespan, and ensure that they'll work properly when you need it.

If you don't have tools to bring, we could use a hand (or 10) making hardwood cuttings.

Making Willow & Current Hardwood Cuttings

We'll have plenty of freshly cut willow and current branches to take cuttings from. A hardwood cutting is taken from last season's growth and can be used to propagate new plants. Help us "stick" cuttings and take some home to grow yourself!
