Discover the techniques behind our gourmet sausages, with tips on how to make your own at home. We’ll discuss equipment, ingredient selection, processes, and more.
This event ticket includes:
A hands-on sausage making workshop led by red-seal chef Peter Keith, plus two packages of Meuwly’s sausage to take home, snacks, and two local craft beers to enjoy during the class!
