King of the Yees is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French Inc.
In this comedy, American born Chinese, Lauren Yee, hasn’t paid much to her cultural background — until her father disappears and she must navigate San Francisco’s Chinatown and face her history in order to get him back. She learns about her cultural traditions and how they related to her modern American life.
