Let's come together to chat about the imporance of belonging in our community!

Join us for an evening of community building as we dig deep into the importance of belonging for community resilience, strength and health. Learn about local community supports, be inspired by Tyler Smith’s powerful story of overcoming adversity and finding strength, and share meaningful conversations with your community. Event includes:

  • Guest speaker: Tyler Smith, survivor of the Humboldt Broncos bus tragedy, winner of Amazing Race Canada and founder of mental health awareness community Not Alone Co.
