Learn about local community supports, be inspired by Tyler Smith’s powerful story of overcoming adversity and finding strength, and share meaningful conversations with your community. Event includes:
- Guest speaker: Tyler Smith, survivor of the Humboldt Broncos bus tragedy, winner of Amazing Race Canada and founder of mental health awareness community Not Alone Co.
