In this virtual session, Stacey Perlin from Perlin Foundation for Wellness will facilitate a creative wellness exercise that helps release the ho-hum of 2024 and embrace the changes of 2025. She teaches mindfulness and creative problem-solving skills on this Mind/Art storytelling adventure. You'll enjoy this online experience if you're feeling up or down, and particularly well if you're feeling sideways.

About the Facilitator

Stacey Perlin belongs to the Guiding Collective for Art for Social Change Network in Calgary, is a member of the Human Rights Table for the Alberta Ability Network, and supports the Calgary Folk Music Festival as their PR/Media Relations Area Manager. She connects the local mental health ecosystem at year-round events and annual gatherings through the Perlin Foundation for Wellbeing. Where you'll find her is playing games with youth to support mental health literacy, and curating conversations around wellbeing as a coach and consultant for clients through its social enterprise arm, BlissFest Labs.
