He completed a music degree from MacEwan University which included a semester of studies in Finland. He has also spent time as a cruise ship musician aboard the Cunard Queen Elizabeth and can often be seen playing as sideman or band leader. He is the Director of the Jazzworks Band Festival and is always honoured to play at the Yardbird Suite.

Our live Tuesday Jam is hosted by a musician and a band while audience members join in on the fun by jamming along on stage.

Musicians who want to participate in the Jam can purchase a “Jam Participant” ticket at a reduced cost.

All Jam Participants need to register at the door upon entry to the event.
