Candy Cane Lane
Dec. 7, 2024 to Dec. 29, 2024
Many elves have been working hard to ensure this special event is available again this year.
Established in 1968, Candy Cane Lane has always been an event run by volunteers and residents.
It is located along 148th Street in between 99 Avenue and 92 Avenue.
We are a festival where everyone is welcome. We encourage everyone to respectfully enjoy the lights and decorations as residents set up, make and buy all of their own displays. Please be aware that weather conditions may leave many sidewalks and streets slippery. Residents do their best to keep sidewalks clear but it is not always possible to be as magical as Santa. YEG Candy Cane Lane is a two way street. Cars, buses and other large vehicles are permitted to drive the lane for those who are unable to walk.
Please be sure to bring a non-perishable food donation for the Edmonton Food Bank and place them in the green bins located along Candy Cane Lane.
