Drawing from lessons, flavours and inspirations across the globe, we’re transforming them into delicious, down-to-earth dishes with an emphasis on Asian cuisine. It’s all about global fare meant to be shared, enjoyed, and inspired by diverse cultures and experiences.

When you arrive at your reserved time, we’ve got everything covered! Just sit back and enjoy the experience. A quick heads-up: there’s a two-hour dining limit since space is limited, but that just means more people get to join in on the fun.

We’re serving up a special menu of select dishes, all in shareable portions—think tapas-style! It’s all about trying more flavours with your group, so bring your appetite and a sense of adventure. Prices range from $8 to $18 per dish, and we’d love to hear your feedback. Your thoughts help us shape the future of these dishes and the overall experience!

Food brings people together, and we want to connect you to a bigger world through what’s on your plate. Think about it: without the Spanish bringing tomatoes from the Americas to Italy or the Norwegians introducing raw salmon to Japan (hello, sashimi!), we wouldn’t have some of our favorite dishes today. The flavours and techniques from Asia have so much history, but they don’t have to stay in a box. We love mixing things up with other flavours and ingredients to show what’s possible. We hope our food helps you explore new tastes, new cultures, and the big world we all share.

A big shoutout to Filistix for this collaboration and letting us host our pop-up in their space! They’ve been rocking the Edmonton food scene since 2008, starting with a food trailer and opening their downtown spot in 2019. Known for their amazing Filipino street food and Southeast Asian dishes, they’ve paved the way as true pioneers in the city. We couldn’t ask for a better place to share this experience with you!
