Join author Lauren Seal in conversation with Gail Sidonie Šobat to celebrate the launch of Lauren's debut novel in verse, Light Enough to Float.
Deeply moving and authentic, this novel in verse follows teenage Evie through her eating disorder treatment and recovery.
Lauren Seal is a writer, librarian, and St. Albert’s third Poet Laureate. Gail Sidonie Šobat is the author of 13 books, creator-director of YouthWrite® (camps for kids who love to write…just about anything!©), the Spoken Word Youth and Adult Choirs, and an instructor in MacEwan University’s Communications program.
