Join us on October 15 for an exciting two-part event exploring the architectural and cultural significance of the Citadel Theatre.
Enjoy an exclusive tour of the iconic Citadel Theatre building and following the tour, join us for lunch and a panel discussion in the Tucker Amphitheatre. The panel will delve into the theatre's impact on the city and its architectural significance.
We will be joined by Marshall Shoctor, son of Citadel founder Joe Shoctor, who will talk about his father’s passion for theatre as a producer in New York and the founding of the Citadel Theatre in Edmonton in the 1960s.
