Vocalist Shelley Jones has been a mainstay on the Alberta Jazz scene for several years.

One of her most recent projects has been performing a tribute show to the music of Burt Bacharach and Hal David. This past year, Shelley also teamed up with trumpeter/vocalist Joel Gray where they performed several shows featuring the classic duets of Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong.

For the Yardbird Suite jam, Shelley is looking forward to performing a variety of Jazz, Latin and Classic Pop standards.

Our live Tuesday Jam is hosted by a musician and a band while audience members join in on the fun by jamming along on stage.

Musicians who want to participate in the Jam can purchase a “Jam Participant” ticket at a reduced cost.

All Jam Participants need to register at the door upon entry to the event.
