You're invited to Brain Care Centre's first-ever FitFest for Brain Care. Bring your family and friends for a day of wellness.

This exciting event is packed with a variety of activities designed to promote brain health and wellness for the entire family. Whether you're looking to unwind with a yoga session, groove to some dance beats, or get your heart pumping with boxing, there's something for everyone.

Brain Injury Adapted Yoga with Atma Yoga

Zumba with Moonlight Studio
Boxing with Westchester Boxing
Kids' Zone - Open All Day
Food Truck onsite - Its Hotdog Time
Raffle Prize Draw
