You're invited to Brain Care Centre's first-ever FitFest for Brain Care. Bring your family and friends for a day of wellness.
This exciting event is packed with a variety of activities designed to promote brain health and wellness for the entire family. Whether you're looking to unwind with a yoga session, groove to some dance beats, or get your heart pumping with boxing, there's something for everyone.

- Zumba with Moonlight Studio
- Boxing with Westchester Boxing
- Kids' Zone - Open All Day
- Food Truck onsite - Its Hotdog Time
- Raffle Prize Draw
