Symphony Under the Sky: Mozart, Haydn, and Rossini
Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2024
7:00pm to 9:00pm
Part of: Symphony Under the Sky

With a beautiful Classics program and a romantic Pops program conducted by audience favourite, Bob Bernhardt, there’s plenty to look forward to this summer!
Enjoyan enchantingevening of classical music gems in the great outdoors conducted by Bob Bernhardt. Historian Charles Grove wrote, “nowhere has he achieved more” about Mozart’s exuberant “Jupiter” Symphony. Rossini’s zany overture, Haydn’s cheerful concerto, and two works by Wieniawski – one a dramatic tone poem and the other a dazzling showpiece – performed by our concertmaster Robert Uchida make this concert an orchestral kaleidoscope.
