GarageBand is a fully equipped music creation software — with a complete sound library that includes instruments, presets for guitar and voice, and an incredible selection of session drummers and percussionists. With an intuitive, modern design, it’s easy to learn, play, record, create, and share.
GarageBand has tons of helpful recording and editing features that make it both powerful and easy to use. In this class you will learn GarageBand basics, and a few expert tips, to help you record in our studios. You will learn how to edit your performances right down to the note and decibel.
At the end of the class you'll head into the studio to practice what you learned! And after this class you will be able to book one of EPL's studios to start recording your own music.
- For this course, it's recommended that participants are comfortable typing, mousing, and navigating MacOS (Apple) files and folders.
- This class is for ages 13 and up.
