Upon arrival at the L'OCA Lab Signature Kitchen Suite, our expert chef Jaclyn Beckmann will welcome you with a complimentary beverage and an introduction to two beloved Italian dishes: a northern Italian Risotto prepared with your choice of seasonal vegetables, and a Crostata, a timeless Italian baked tart that perfectly captures the freshness of summer fruits.
Throughout the course, you'll learn the secrets to crafting both of these dishes from scratch, ensuring you leave confident in making both recipes at home.
