About Rock'N August Rock'n August is an international car show and music festival taking place in St. Albert, Alberta - a suburb of Edmonton. The event starts the Tuesday after the August long weekend and runs until the Saturday. 2017's event was a record breaking year with over 850 classic car entered into the event and more than 50,000 people attending, making Rock'n August one of the largest events to take place in the province of Alberta. 2018 plans to be another huge year with at least as many people estimated to attend as 2017.
