GameCamp Edmonton's monthly events are open to all professional, indie, hobbyist, student, and aspiring game developers, as well as people who are working in other technology and creative fields and are interested in learning more about the game development industry in Alberta. While GameCamp's main community focus is based in Edmonton, we welcome anyone and everyone who is interested in being a part of our community, even if they're outside of Edmonton!

This month, Isaac Otway (Founder and CEO, Crimson Herring Studios) joins us for a post mortem on their game, Sovereign Syndicate. Isaac will share his insights on the development process, funding challenges, dealing with publishers, marketing, critical and commercial reception, key learnings, and what's next for the studio.

This event is being hosted at the Stanley Milner Downtown branch of the Edmonton Public Library in the TD Explore Room (second floor)! After the talk, we will move from the library to Underground Tap and Grill just down the street for networking, catching up, and mingling!
