The Walk for Wellness program, a collaboration between Dóchas Psychological Services and Roots for Wings, creates an opportunity for accessible mental health education and connection-building.

Join us for a 30-minute session where participants will learn about a mental health and wellness topic (self-care, boundary-setting, and more), all while fostering connections with fellow participants on a walk in the community. Led by Dóchas facilitators, each session encourages communal learning and interactive discussion. Please wear appropriate walking shoes, dress comfortably for the weather, and bring anything else you may need (e.g., journal). You can use this registration form to sign up for FREE! We look forward to walking with you!
