Payphones is a five-piece alt-folk band based in Edmonton.

Using complex vocal harmonies, dynamic acoustic accompaniment and heartfelt and vulnerable lyrics, Payphones delivers emotive and nostalgic music. Their debut album, Rioting Heart, explores themes of queer heartbreak, isolation and personal growth.
