The Grindstone Comedy Fest presents a hilarious performance of sketch comedy from local groups Girl Brain, and Toronto's Cam Wyllie.

Cam Wyllie is Canada’s beloved Sketch Comedy Maniac, with 3 Canadian Comedy Award Nominations, Festival Appearances all over North America, and a bunch of Comedy Awards with made up sounding names. He’s coming in hot with a carefully curated selection of brave, tragic, and gleefully dumb characters who, like him, are just trying to do their best. Armed with a passable singing voice, a can do attitude, and the odd tinfoil prop, he’ll give you plenty of reasons to laugh, cheer, and get invested. Open your heart to the hilarious, often surreal, and always unpredictable world of Cam Wyllie.

Girl Brain Sketch Comedy

Girl Brain (featuring Alyson Dicey, Ellie Heath and Caley Suliak), brings a vibrant blend of observational and situational sketch comedy to the stage! Celebrated as VUE Weekly's Best Comedy Show in Edmonton, this powerhouse trio began with consecutive sold-out shows at the Grindstone, the Citadel Theatre and now, they are packing houses at the Roxy on 124th. With appearances at Toronto Sketchfest, Philly Sketchfest, Winterruption and Grindstone Comedy Festival, this trifecta has made their mark on the sketch comedy scene in North America. Girl Brain champions and uplifts female and non-binary artists, making them a beacon in Edmonton's arts scene!
