Norbert found his musical partners for his trio “Jazzical trio” with internationally acknowledged musicians, Peter Olah, and Andrew Lakatos, to create a dynamic, and chamber music like way of playing crossover music.

The trio creates a chamber music-like atmosphere. A sophisticated conversation with rhythmic, and melodic elements. They perform very often internationally and all in Hungary. The trio already performed in Egypt, Denmark, Azerbaijan, Mexico, and the most famous Hungarian Festivals. Their album “Duality” is an essence of their musical profile. Internationally recognized pianist, Norbert Káel speaks both classical and jazz musical language with confidence, and that is the reason that he became one of the most well known pianist of Hungary. The works of Liszt and Bartok are a particularly fertile source of inspiration for an acclaimed jazz/ classical crossover musician like him.

Hungary’s Jazzical Trio represents a fusion of classical, jazz and Hungarian folk music. Their program includes a jazz arrangement of classical pieces composed by Bartók, Kodály, Bach, and other composers, also original compositions by Norbert, and jazz standards. Norbert Káel combines virtuosity, musicality, and colours of different musical styles with his trio.

Internationally recognised pianist, Norbert Káel speaks both classical and jazz musical language with confidence, and that is the reason that he became one of the most well known pianists of Hungary.
