Converting investors from "interested" to "on the cap table" is as much of a skill as networking and pitching. In many ways, it is even more important than the former. It is akin to closing a sale: bottom-of-the-funnel conversions are the most important of all conversions. The program will focus on building familiarity, comfort, knowledge, and skills for investor Due Diligence.

This session will cover:

  • Data room structure and contents
  • Design and planning for fundraising
  • IP and sensitive detail disclosure/protection
  • Deal Terms
