Come join us for a healthy discussion on what steps you need to take when it comes to buying your first home!

Come join us for a healthy discussion on what steps you need to take when it comes to buying your first home! On sight we will have both branch managers; Ashley Blanchard and Brian Chan with our Everyday Banking Advisor Joshua Tse. Combined we have over 44 years of banking experience and with that we want to help enable everyone to feel confident in starting this exciting process.

We will be digging in on;

How do I know how much I qualify for? Do I need a pre-approval before I find a realtor? What is the difference in fixed vs variable mortgage rates?

How much insurance coverage do I need? What are the costs &/or fee's I need to budget for when buying a home? How long does this process take? And how long does my bank approval last for?
