Join Registered Dietitian, Charice Chan, to learn about making easy and healthy breakfasts and reducing food waste.

We will make overnight apple pie oatmeal and egg cups. Please bring 2 mason jars/containers to bring home your oatmeal and a tupperware or ziploc bag to bring home your egg cups.

Doors to the kitchen will lock 10 minutes after the start of the event.
