Whoever said that April was the cruelest month (T.S. Eliot) probably wasn’t the funniest person on the planet, but you know who is? Our three special guests for the WGA Edmonton event. Three writers who are funny and who use humour in their writing and present it in three completely different styles.

Join us on Tuesday, April 2nd as we listen to three funny writers talk about using humour in their work and make April a little less cruel.

Celeste Lampa has become a favourite in Western Canada’s comedy scene. Her material stems from being a first generation Filipino-Canadian, a mom, a wife; and being tired. Her talent has lead her to work with some of today’s best comics. She’s performed all across Canada and the United States, and has been featured at the SheDot Comedy Festival in Toronto and The Grindstone Comedy Festival in Edmonton.
