This innovative event aims to showcase the seamless fusion of music and sign language, providing an inclusive experience for all. Attendees can expect a dynamic live performance where songs from various genres will come to life through ASL interpretation.
The workshop will delve into the linguistic nuances of ASL, offering insights into translating lyrics while maintaining the melody and emotions of the original piece. As an interactive element, we will be playing select songs with projected lyrics, enabling a deeper understanding of the translation process.
This workshop promises a blend of education and entertainment, leaving participants inspired and empowered to promote accessibility through ASL song interpretation.
