A two-day workshop with a variety of meat cooking demos, including:

  • Basic Pork Butchery
  • Sausage-Making (Hands-on!)
  • Basic Meat Curing and Smoking
  • Sous-Vide Cooking
  • Fish Butchery, Curing, and Cooking
  • Poultry de-boning
  • Introduction to charcuterie meats, cheeses, and styling your own charcuterie board (hands-on!)

    Your ticket includes the two-day workshop (Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon) with snacks, beer and soft drinks, and several packages of Meuwly's house-made meat products to keep, plus a recipe book.
