Fit for Tech is a community driven and organized event designed to bring Edmonton's startup community together through a different kind of networking. What better way to bond with others than by getting healthy together?

Workouts are done with a partner or two and the goal is just to get to know one new person each event. Exercises are scalable to any fitness level so whether you're an evolving couch potato or a fitness nut, everyone is welcome!

Fit for Tech is held generally on the last Sunday of the month from 9:45am - 11:00am
