Join us for a virtual Lunch & Learn to understand depression.

With the regular demands of day-to-day life and work, it is important to support our own health and mental wellness. Depression is difficult to go through, and can be challenging to support anyone experiencing it. In this session, we will discuss what mental health is, the difference between sadness and depression, and common signs and symptoms of depression. Treatment options and supportive strategies for coping and support will be shared as well.
