This year's New Year's Eve celebration will include an early fireworks show for families, as well as a traditional midnight fireworks display. The fireworks shows, which will be approximately 12 minutes in length, will be launched into the skies over the pyramids of City Hall.

Let our emcee Ron Walker guide you through a wonderful night full of exciting performers. Musical performances by Martin Kerr, Dahlia and The Villains, Curt Sipihoko Paskwawimostos, and Métis fiddler Darla Daniels. Fire performances by FloWarrior, along with roving jugglers and acrobatics. Carolers from Korora will fill the City Hall Plaza with festive favourites everyone knows and loves.

Bring your skates and get your groove on as you take a spin on the City Hall Plaza ice rink to music by DJ Busyrawk. Free skate rentals and skate aids will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the skate change room will be open from 6pm to midnight.

Warm up around a firepit, and purchase a warm meal or snacks from a variety of on-site food trucks, including Soner Donair, Tiramisu Bistro, Canadian Kettle Corn, and Canadian Maple Shack, who will give the first 1,000 people a free maple stick! The L'Espresso Organic Café will also be open for warm drinks and sweet treats.

Please note that City Hall will not be open to the public on New Year's Eve.
